Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we are glad to present you our customer with great value and a great service, so we offer free worldwide shipping to over 200 countries 😉 . However, some countries might require that you pay taxes or custom fees, please note that this needs to be taken care of by you.

Where will you deliver my package?

UniqueCarts™ will deliver your order to the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address or sometimes the courier office may call your phone number (provided at checkout) to come and pick up your package at their office in case your location cannot be reached for any reason at all.

I just placed an order, what next?

After placing an order, our marketing team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email. After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

  • Processing usually takes between 1 to 4 days. Depending on demand shipping times can vary between 10 to 40 days. 
  • After your order has been processed and we have emailed you the tracking number for your shipment you can check it’s progress at our tracking page.

Note: Your tracking number will be available on the courier tracking site in the next 24 hours, after the item has been shipped.

Can UniqueCarts™ at least give an estimated date of delivery?

Shipping time varies by location, but it is always between 10-40 days max after the order processing which is between 1-4 days. These are our estimates:

*This doesn’t include our 1-4 day processing time and please note that the maximum delivery time is 45 days, if items not received after 45 days, please contact us for further investigation or a refund .

I ordered multiple items, why did I received only one?

We have multiple manufacturers listings in our store, so if your orders are being shipped by different manufacturers then you are likely to experience this multiple delivery time differences and you may receive items separately. But, please be rest assured that if all items from your order do not arrive at once, the rest of your items are just on their way.

Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.

I need my order now, Can UniqueCarts™ speed up the delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the promised delivery date provided when your order was confirmed.
