Return & Refund Policy
Not satisfied and you want a refund.
First of all, we are really sorry that something isn’t right, if you are not happy with your purchase? Please let our customer support team know. We are more than happy to try and sort out any issues you may have.
Here is our guarantee.
We offer 100% money-back guarantee on all items you found to be defective on delivery and orders undelivered after 60 days. We are also able to send replacement items if you would like. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on your refund request. If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible.
Please note that we do not refund transaction fees which is %4 of the total amount you paid for an item, this is automatically removed by the payment processor and in any case of refund it’s non refundable. So, for instance, if you paid $100 for an item, you only get $96 back as full refund because we are not in control of the $4 (which is the non refundable %4 automatically deducted by payment processors).
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), this may be tied to any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery has been made.
Please note the following which are our additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Some health and personal care items
Return (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank, card and or the payment processor).
Late/missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale/special discount items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (special discount) cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and wait our instructions where to send the return.
If eligible we will let you know via the Email support, after which you would have to ship the defected item back to the address we sent you via Email support at your own expense (you’ll bear the shipping cost).
After we receive the returned items, we will ship the replacement (we will bear the shipping cost) to you and depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Shipping details for returned items (if eligible)
To return your product, you should:
1. Email your request to support at email@example.com.
2. Wait for our support team’s reply and instructions about where to send the return.
3. Once you ship and we receive the return, we will decide based on the condition we find the returned merchandise in, then let you know whether we can issue a partial or full refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning your item to us, thus, this shipping costs of sending items back to us are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, because we don’t have a guarantee that your returned items will be delivered to us and items we do not receive, we cannot refund.
