Perfect early warning for health & elderly — much more than just fitness tracker NOT JUST FOR FITNESS — PERFECT EARLY WARNING HEALTH DETECTION FOR ELDERLY!My friends are all nuts over these fitness bands because they all live very active lifestyles. It’s taken me years to join in & finally get one because I didn’t thInk I really needed one since I’m pretty much disabled, for the most part. I can’t walk 15,000 steps a day & I thought having something tell me just how much I couldn’t do would be depressing.I was wrong. In fact, with the steps monitoring, even if it helps me just do 1 step more than yesterday, it’s a great help to inspire me to try to just get a little healthier, on days I am up to it.More than that, it’s actually a medical necessity I never knew I needed, until I got it. I’ve struggled with sleep issues, headaches, dizziness, etc for years. I actually end up in the hospital frequently too & while there nurses often mention my pulse being low. After wearing this for several days, it’s actually able to…

Easy to use watch and app I have to monitor my heart rate due to meds, so I got this. Why spend more on a brand name? This works great, it quickly and easily measures my heart rate. It totals my steps and does more than I am probably using it for. The app was easy to install and intuitive to use. I have it on 24 hour, which I prefer, and while I have scratched it already, it is not affecting the touchscreen (I wear things upside down, so the face is on the underside of my wrist). The blue is a bit darker than I’d like, but it’s still a nice color and would work for any gender.

Nice This is a pretty nice fitness tracker. Got it for my friend, but I had to test it out. 🙂 Slim, well made, the touch button works well. I like the interface of the app. I haven’t figured out how to get it to record sleep or the heart rate in the app yet, still working on that. The band seems a little backwards to me, I think a left handed person would like it. Really nice graphics and the display is very clear. I better give it to my friend now, before I keep it. hehe
